I actually liked the products themselves, but managing the subscription was way more annoying than I expected. Canceling wasn’t straightforward at all, I had to send extra emails, wait for replies, double-check if it was actually canceled, and keep an eye on my inbox like I was tracking a package or following up on a bill or trying to cancel a gym membership. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely felt more frustrating than it needed to be

"Not worth the wait or the price"
I tried following the routine they recommended, but it really didn’t work for my skin. It felt like way too many steps, and after a few days my face was actually more irritated than before. I also had to wait in a queue just to get help, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. For the price, I expected better guidance. Sadly, I won’t be buying again

"Super easy to order"
I ordered from thenimetyou.com it was really easy. The site loaded quickly, and I found what I needed without having to click all over the place. Checkout was straightforward too, with no annoying popups or extra steps. I even used it on my phone and it still felt simple. I’d definitely order from there again.

"Good rewards, just takes a little finding"
I like the points system overall, and I did end up getting a small discount, which was nice. Compared to some other rewards programs I’ve used, this one feels straightforward once you figure out where everything is. It did take me a minute to find the rewards page, though. Not a huge issue, just a little slower than I expected. Overall, I’d say it’s good...

"Frustrating site to shop on"
I had a frustrating time trying to use the site. Pages were loading slowly, my cart kept moving around in a weird way, and even simple info was hard to find. I ended up giving up before checkout because the whole thing just felt clunky

"Promo code felt like a letdown"
I tried using a promo code at checkout, but it kept showing up as invalid even though the email looked recent to me. My gut says something was off with how they sent it out or labeled it, because it really didn’t seem expired. Support took a while to respond and basically just said the code had expired, which was frustrating. Not the biggest deal, but definitely annoying.

"Wanted to Like It, But Not for Me"
I really wanted to like this, but the ingredient list was just kind of underwhelming. It has a few nice things in it, sure, but then there’s fragrance and other stuff my skin really doesn’t get along with. For the price, I expected something cleaner and gentler, and I kept thinking it should be more soothing than it was. My face felt tight after using it, which was disappointing, and for the price that just bothered me even more. It’s not awful, not terrible, just not great either. I was expecting better, especially for the price, so I don’t think I’d buy it again.

My order showed up packed really well, like someone actually took a little care with it. Nothing was leaking, nothing was dented, and the box felt nice and sturdy. The products were wrapped neatly too, but not in an annoying over-the-top way. i’d order again just based on how well it was packed

They do have a lot of products to choose from, which was helpful because I could actually find what I needed without too much trouble. It’s nice when a store makes that part easy, even if I wish everything else felt a bit smoother.

I had to reach out to support about an issue with my order, and it did take a few days before I heard back. When they finally replied, it was kind of like, “Sorry about the delay, we’re looking into it,” and then later they let me know they’d fixed the problem. So in the end, everything got sorted, which I appreciate. It just felt a little slower than I expected, not awful, but not the smoothest experience either

I tried to place an order. Seemed simple enough at first. Then the checkout started acting up, kept glitching, and my payment just wouldn’t go through. I tried again. Same thing. After a while I got annoyed and gave up. Not exactly a great first experience.

"I ordered from Then I Met…"
I ordered from Then I Met You a few weeks ago, and honestly... I get the hype!! The products aren’t exactly cheap, but you really don’t need much at all, so it feels like they’ll last a while??? My skin has definitely been calmer since I started using them, which I’m super happy about. Also, the packaging was really nice!!! Shipping was fine too... not insanely fast or anything, but no problems at all. I’d definitely buy again once I run out!!

"Return was fine, refund was a little slow"
I ordered from Then I Met You and ended up sending one item back because it just wasn’t really my thing once I had it in hand.
The return process itself wasn’t too confusing or anything, but I did have to wait a few days to hear back and the updates felt a little slow, so I kept checking my email and wondering if everything was actually moving along or if I needed to follow up again.
The refund did come through in the end, it just took longer than I expected, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience but I do think it could be a bit smoother.

"I liked the look of the site..."
I liked the look of the site right away, and it was easy enough to browse around. But when I started checking out a few products, I found myself clicking back and forth trying to figure out exactly what each one was for and how to use it. The info is there for the most part, but it could be laid out a bit more clearly. Overall not a bad experience, just felt like it needed a little more detail.
